Most frequent questions and answers
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1 business day (M-F) of purchase from our warehouse in New Jersey. When your order ships, we will contact you via email with shipping confirmation and tracking information. We ship all orders via USPS First Class with tracking and your order should arrive within 3-5 days. If you would like faster shipping please select the option during the checkout process.
Returns are easy and free! If you encounter any issues with your order or your items don’t make you feel special please reach out to us at support@specialintimates.com and we can send you a return label to ship the item back to us. Please make sure all tags are attached to the items and that they are packed securely. Once we receive the item back at our warehouse we will issue a refund to you via your original form of payment.
